New Relic is a monitoring service provided by New Relic Inc.

The way New Relic is integrated means that it filters all Nutragenix traffic, i.e. communications between Nutragenix and the User's browser or device, also allowing the collection of statistical data on it.

This type of service allows you to interact with live chat platforms, managed by third parties, directly from the pages of Nutragenix. This allows the User to contact the Nutragenix support service or for Nutragenix to contact the User while he is browsing its pages.

If an interaction service with live chat platforms is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it collects Usage Data relating to the pages in which it is installed. Furthermore, live chat conversations may be recorded.

By registering or authenticating, the User allows Nutragenix to identify him/her and give him/her access to dedicated services.

Improving the experience

Nutragenix uses Tracking Tools to provide a personalized user experience, allowing better management of personal settings and interaction with external networks and platforms.

Commenting services allow Users to formulate and make public their comments regarding the content of Nutragenix.

Users, depending on the settings decided by the Owner, can also leave comments anonymously. If the Personal Data released by the User includes an email address, this could be used to send notifications of comments regarding the same content. Users are responsible for the content of their comments.

YouTube is a video content viewing service managed by Google Ireland Limited that allows Nutragenix to integrate such content within its pages.

Nutragenix uses Tracking Tools to measure traffic and analyze User behavior with the aim of improving the Service.

  • Heat mapping and session recording

Heat mapping services are used to identify the areas of Nutragenix with which Users interact most frequently, in order to detect which of them attract the most interest. These services allow us to monitor and analyze traffic data and are used to track User behavior.

Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later viewing.

Hotjar is a heat mapping and session recording service provided by Hotjar Ltd.

HOW TO MANAGE PREFERENCES AND GIVE OR REVOKE CONSENT
